As many of you know, the recent tariff now in effect has created a wave of uncertainty throughout our industry. Costs have shifted, timelines have tightened, and we’re all working harder to stay one step ahead. I wanted to personally reach out to share where we stand, what we’ve done to keep you protected, and how we’re continuing to show up for your business in a meaningful way.

While many companies pulled back or paused production, we made the decision early to lean in. We secured overseas production space while it was still available, kept our delivery schedules intact, and prioritized seasonal timing so that your product has the longest possible shelf life. Our team has stayed the course on product development too, pushing forward with innovation and fresh assortments that will help your business stay ahead.

To help you plan and execute with confidence, we’ve upgraded our system for more precise ETA visibility. That means you’ll know exactly when your goods are arriving, and in most cases, you’ll be able to get product on shelves faster than competitors who are still waiting in the wings.

As of today, 90% of our incoming goods will land within the next 30–45 days—or are already in our warehouse and ready to ship. We’ve also just introduced our largest new product release ever: 1,300 items for Spring 2026. And despite rising costs across the board, we’ve held our surcharge to 8.5%—well below the industry average of 10 to 17.5%—giving you clarity, consistency, and control.

Looking ahead, the current tariff structure is expected to remain in place through April 15, 2026 unless further changes are announced. We understand that some of you may feel uncertain about booking forward. To help ease that burden, we’re offering a 5% discount on Spring 2026 orders placed during your trade show appointments this summer, whether you meet with us in person or via Zoom. (This offer excludes specially marked promotions with separate terms.)

I want to be clear: we are navigating this challenge ahead of the curve. We’ve built a solid, adaptable foundation, and our sales performance this year has significantly outpaced our expectations. None of this would be possible without your partnership, your trust, and your continued support.
